Melt Downs
How to write about this week? If variety is the spice of life - I'm SPICY.
Well, Monday - Total melt down. Seriously. Melt down to the point of incapability to function productively for at least two hours. Make that three. And you'd think that I'd just take a small break from the activity that was giving me the melt down in order to quit melting - oh no. I just exasperated the situation and stubbornly kept plugging away.
At what? you may ask... of course the monster that became the job hunt.
What made me melt?
So it appears that even Canada Post wants to prevent me from having a job. They delivered my resume package to a school that I oh so very much wanted to have a chance at teaching at - TWO DAYS LATE. So I called Canada Post to let them know I was VERY DISAPPOINTED in their services. What do I get for a missed chance at a career - let me tell you what I get. I GET FIFTEEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS BACK.
YOU CAN'T BUY MY LOVE CANADA POST - NO YOU CAN'T. You and me.... we're over. It's nothing but faxing resume's from now on. Express post has betrayed me and I will never trust again.
So I went and faxed everything that I had previously posted two days earlier just to insure that Canada post didn't screw three other job possibilities.
